It is with great delight that my team and I welcome you to Hotel Annapurna View and we trust that you will enjoy your stay. We have well-designed Deluxe rooms & Suites intertwined with beautiful design and modern amenities with fully equipped Conference Halls, F&B outlets, Shristi restaurant and bar with spacious parking facilities.

We offer a luxurious stay amidst spectacular views of the Himalayan Mountain Range, surrounded by lush green hills where you will be pampered by our services. The journey to the retreat is an adventure in itself, a simple trail through a wild, rugged landscape that leads to this wonderfully isolated spot. Our hotel at an altitude of 1600m offers great sunrise and sunset that reflects the snowy mountains.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Hotel Annapurna View is an ideal place to relax with the beauty of nature and breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains. We have tried to create an atmosphere of exclusivity, ensuring personalized services with the objective of providing each guest a positive memorable experience. Sarangkot is the perfect spot to enjoy a number of activities during your stay with us as we endeavor to ensure your dream.

Adaptors and Electricity:

  • The voltage in your room is 220 - 240V
  • For your convenience, each guest room area is equipped with a minimum of one universal power outlet.


Air-conditioning:

  • All floors are equipped with a centralized Air Conditioner in which we adjust the temperature according to the weather. We provide cooling from April – September and heating from October – March.


Airline Services:

  • Our Front Office will be pleased to assist you with updated Airline Information and Travel Please contact our Front Office or Guest Relation Officer in the lobby area.


Airport Transfer:

Your walk-in-closet area: Bathrobe, Slippers, Laundry Bag, Shoe For anything we may have forgotten to provide to make your stay more comfortable, please contact Housekeeping or Front Office and tell us what you may need.


Audio Visual/ Technical Service:

Breakfast:

  • Served in the Coffee Shop, Breakfast starts with a breathtaking view of mountains and the sunrise and is followed by a fruit juice and your choice of freshly ground coffee or tea.
  • The Buffet Breakfast at the Coffee Shop is available from 7 am to 10 am(More than 10 pax)


Bar:

  • Open daily from 11 am to 10 pm while the Lobby Lounge cultivates a rich, modern Nepali ambience.
  • Guests can laze on sofas piled high with traditional cushions, while enjoying a panoramic view of the Himalayas.
  • Choose from a beverage menu that features in-house special tropical cocktails, favorites, national and international drinks and wines.


Bath Therapy Menu:

  • We recommend these baths for relaxation from stress, jet lag and other beneficial reasons.


Bathrobes:

  • Bathrobes provided are for in-room use only and it is placed in your walk-in-closet.


Clean My Room:

  • Please place a “Clean My Room” card on the door knob if you would like us to clean your room.


Coffee Maker and Hot Water:

  • Available at your Mini-Bar Should you have additional coffee or tea bags, milk or sugar please call Housekeeping for the delivery.
  • Please do not leave the kettle unattended after switching on the tea / coffee maker.


Charges and Credit Card:

  • All charges to be settled at check All major debit or credit cards i.e., American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Visa and Master are acceptable for payment.


Complementary Policy:

  • We will provide 1 pax complimentary in each 20 paying pax.


Check-in / Check-out:

Connecting Rooms:

  • Connecting rooms are limited and must be confirmed with advance information.


Discount and Complimentary rules for Children:

A. For Foods

  • Children aged 8 and under: All items in the buffet, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are However, if food is ordered à la carte, it will incur full charges.
  • Children aged 8 and above but below or equal to 12 years old: All items in the buffet, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are subject to a 50% discount. However, if food is ordered à la carte, it will incur full charges.


B. For Rooms

The Room charge is free for children below 12 years and chargeable if extra-bed is implied.


Dining:

  • We have a Coffee Shop with a wide variety of dishes and a restaurants with multi cuisines to take care of your plate from 11 am to 9 pm.


Drinking Water:

  • Bottled drinking water is chargeable for guests who order at the restaurant.
  • In guest rooms, two bottles of mineral water will be provided upon request.
  • Additionally, deluxe rooms are entitled to 2 complimentary bottles, and suite rooms receive 4 complimentary bottles.
  • Guests requesting additional bottles will incur a fee.


Doctor on call:

  • A doctor on call is available for service and it will take a maximum of 1 hour to reach the hotel.
  • Medical assistant is also available on call 24 hours a day for emergencies from the nearby International Please contact our Front Office for detailed information.


Do-Not-Disturb:

  • Please place the “Do-Not-Disturb” card on the door knob if you would like to keep silent.
  • If you wish to block calls, please inform our Front Office for assistance.


Dry Cleaning / Laundry:

  • Price list and laundry bags are provided in your walk-in-closet.
  • Notify your dry cleaning / laundry items to Housekeeping and will be returned within 24 hours if received before 9 am. Please contact Housekeeping for the service.


Events:

  • We will be happy to assist you with all arrangements for your events celebration and details to make sure it's very memorable.
  • Please contact our Guest Relation Officer to book and arrange as per your requirement.


Emergency Service:

  • In the event of an emergency, please contact the Front Office for more information on your safety and evacuation procedure.


Extra Bed/ Rollaway Bed:

  • Based on advance requests when making a Charges will apply. Please contact the Front Office for your assistance.
  • Room type must fit rollaway and request must be confirmed at the time of booking.


First Aid:

  • Please call the Front Office or Guest Relation Officer for the Aid Well trained personnel are available for First Aid Treatment.


Guest Service:

  • Our ever smiling employees as the Guest Relation Officer may be your answer to many questions that you may have in Approach them and you will surely find the required answers about Nepal and any further assistance required during your stay.


Hair Dryer:

  • Available in the drawer of the bathroom.


Helicopter chartered flight and Heli-pad:

  • If you are planning to make your journey more memorable, we can arrange helicopter chartered flights to your desired destination right from the Heli-pad of Hotel. We can also arrange mountain flights with helicopters. If you are arranging heli tours on your own please pre inform us for your safety and security. We will charge USD 150 per landing.
  • Please contact our Front Office Staff or Guest Relation Officer for your assistance.


Housekeeping:

  • We are pleased to provide Housekeeping service at your preferred time.
  • Housekeeping can provide extra towels, drinking glasses, hangers and other additional items upon request.
  • If you have any questions concerning the care of your room, please contact If there is physical damage in any amenities it is chargeable according to the hotel rules.


Handling of Valuable Deposits:

  • Please leave money and valuables in the safe deposit locker provided in your room.
  • Please use a pin code to lock and unlock the safety locker. If you forgot your pin code, please contact the Front Office for your assistance. Please bear in mind that the Hotel shall not be liable for damage caused by loss of money or breakage of valuables, in cases where guests have left valuables and cash outside the safe deposit locker provided in the room.


Ice Cubes:

  • To have a bucket of ice cubes delivered to your room, please contact Room Service.


In-Room Dining:

  • Choose from an extensive menu throughout the day featuring Western and Asian favorites and please call Room Service (8 am to 9 pm) for your assistance.


In-Room TV:

  • We are pleased to offer a variety of news, sports and entertainment television channels.


Minimum Guarantee:

  • Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to revise the price or venue if the number of attendees If the number of attendees increases, larger venues will be confirmed only subject to availability.
  • Charges for the event will apply to the guaranteed or actual number of people attending, whichever is higher.


Souvenirs Shop:

  • Himalaya boutique offers you a selection of gifts and souvenirs.
  • Opens daily from 7 am to 10 pm, Front Office or Guest Relation Officer will be happy to advise on all your shopping needs.


Smoking:

  • Smoking, Gambling, contraband goods, drugs, etc. – are all strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
  • Our rooms are non- smoking but we have areas assigned as smoking zones.
  • The Hotel will charge Rs. 50,000/- as a cleaning fee placed on the guest’s folio before or after check out.


Safety and Security:

  • The hotel is fully equipped with Fire and Safety devices and equipment’s. Hotel’s public areas are under CCTV surveillance.
  • The hotel follows the entire safety protocol implemented by the Ministry of Tourism & Nepal Tourism Board.
  • To maintain security, upon arriving in your room, please examine the map on the back of the door for evacuation procedures. Please make sure that during your stay, your door is closed and locked when you leave your room.
  • Only registered guests are permitted to use the guest rooms. The Lobby and the Lounge are open to visitors who come to see you (the same applies for attendants working at banquets in the Hotel). To contact guests, please  use the house phone in the Lobby or contact in Front Desk for assistance.
  • Visitors ID Card is mandatory.


Third and Extra Person:

  • Room rates are listed for single/ double Additional adults sharing a room will incur a charge with breakfast per night.


To Avoid Causing Fire:

  • Please do not use/ bring any appliances that could start a fire in the guest rooms. Please refrain from actions that may cause fire.
  • Please do not mess with the fire-fighting facilities unless it's an emergency.


Turndown Service:

  • Daily turndown service from 4 pm to 6 pm and will include making up your room and replacing any used towel.


Wheel Chairs:

  • Please contact our Front Office or Guest Relation Officer if you require a wheelchair.
