The Advent of Spring at Sarangkot
Greetings from Hotel Annapurna View Sarangkot!

Though the second half of February brought in quite a few showers, we were greeted by more friendly weathers that showed the first signs of the arrival of spring. Spring in Sarangkot officially began from March 1, after the great Hindu festival of colours—Holi.
Spring is the season of flowers, and at Sarangkot, the most vibrant blooms of flowers bless us. The vicinity of Hotel Annapurna View Sarangkot—around the Ghorepani Pass (2800m) locale—is home to many Rhododendron trees, which will blossom their bright red flowers by the middle of March. The Rhododendron flower is Nepal’s national flower, and has a wide vegetative distribution in the southern foot of the Himalayas (altitudes 2000m to 4000m); this Himalayas belt that extends from Bhutan to Nepal is called the 'lucidine forest belt'.
Our Food and Beverage team has been working meticulously, and have done a
fantastic job in making gorgeous table settings for the spring season. Spring is the
season of joy and good hope, and our staff is preparing to welcome our customers
this season with warm, hospitable, and inviting smiles.

After monitoring the evaluation of the visitors our performance so far has been excellent. It is now time to welcome general customers to the hotel.
In our next newsletter, we will inform you of the upcoming events, and focus on our hotel security.
Till then best wishes from the team at Hotel Annapurna View Sarangkot.
